Route 22 Small Engine Repair at 1101 West State Route 22, Fox River Grove, Illinois.

I had a very poor experience with Rt 22 Small Engine Repair. My riding mower was running rough so I took it in, hoping to support a local business and find someone interested in my regular repair work.

Weeks would go by with no communication, although when I stopped in they always had some vague promise that "it will get attention next week". 7 months total and they broke the starter too. Finally I got it back and it runs a little better, but still not right.

Google doesn't allow 0 stars, but I would give them 0 stars for customer service, 0 stars for communication, and 0 stars for technical expertise. I will not go back and I would not ever recommend them.
